AtlasTerms and conditions
1. Purpose
These terms of use and sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Atlas software, published by Fahria Agency LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using Atlas, you ("the user") accept these Terms.
2. The service
Atlas is a field job management and dispatch software: clients, buildings, schedules, technicians, quotes, history and a client portal, available online at app.atlaswork.business.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account. The service is intended for professional use.
4. Subscription, price and billing
- The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term. The price and the currency follow the country of business declared by the company, not the display language. Per-country rates are listed on the Pricing page. No tax is added at checkout.
- A first technician is included; each additional technician is billed at the rate shown on the Pricing page.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless canceled before renewal.
4a. Launch offer, 1st month
When the launch offer is displayed and applies to your account, the first month is charged at sign-up. Its amount is a symbolic price set per country of business, that is €1 in France, CA$1 in Canada, US$1 in the United States and AED 2 in the United Arab Emirates, and it covers a full month.
When the offer is not displayed, the subscription starts directly at the normal price for your country of business shown on the Pricing page. The exact amount to be charged is always shown before payment: that is the one that applies.
At the end of that month, the subscription renews automatically at the normal price of the country of business shown on the Pricing page, and the matching invoice is issued. The exact renewal date is displayed before payment and appears on the first month's receipt.
You can cancel at any time from your account, free of charge and without justification. Canceling before the renewal date ends the subscription with no further charge; access stays open until the end of the month already paid for.
The offer applies to a first subscription only and can be used once per company. Re-subscribing after cancellation starts at the country's normal price. Additional technicians and additional client portals are billed at the normal rate from the first month.
Accounts opened before this offer came into force. Accounts created before the launch offer's activation date received a 5-day free trial after which the monthly subscription started automatically. Subscriptions taken out under those terms keep their conditions, their price and their currency for as long as they remain active. The activation date is the one recorded by Atlas when the offer went live; it is available on request at contact@atlaswork.business.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. We never store your card numbers on our servers: they are transmitted to and held securely by Stripe. Any payment failure may lead to suspension of the service.
6. Your data and your clients' data
You remain the owner of the data you enter into Atlas. You grant us the right to host and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, resell it without an agreement, or store unlawful content in it. You also agree to use the service's outgoing emails (quotes, invitations, client notices) only towards people with whom you have a professional relationship. Any breach may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance and incidents can happen.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
10. Cancellation and account deletion
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. You may request the deletion of your account and your data; see the Privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, save for any mandatory consumer protection provision to the contrary.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page; significant changes will be notified to you.
