AtlasTerms and conditions
1. Purpose
These terms of use and sale ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Atlas software, published by Fahria Agency LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using Atlas, you ("the user") accept these Terms.
2. The service
Atlas is a field job management and dispatch software: clients, buildings, schedules, technicians, quotes, history and a client portal, available online at app.atlaswork.business.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out from your account. The service is intended for professional use.
4. Subscription, price and billing
- The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). No tax is added at checkout.
- A first technician is included; each additional technician is billed at the rate shown on the Pricing page.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled before renewal.
4a. Free trial
Every new account gets a 5-day free trial. A payment card is registered at sign-up but no amount is charged during the trial. After the 5 days, the monthly subscription starts automatically and the first invoice is issued, unless you cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account, free of charge and without justification; access stays open until the end of the trial.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our provider Stripe. We never store your card numbers on our servers: they are transmitted to and held securely by Stripe. Any payment failure may lead to suspension of the service.
6. Your data and your clients' data
You remain the owner of the data you enter into Atlas. You grant us the right to host and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorisation, resell it without an agreement, or store unlawful content in it. You also agree to use the service's outgoing emails (quotes, invitations, client notices) only towards people with whom you have a professional relationship. Any breach may lead to suspension or termination of the account.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance and incidents can happen.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the last twelve months. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
10. Cancellation and account deletion
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. You may request the deletion of your account and your data; see the Privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, save for any mandatory consumer protection provision to the contrary.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page; significant changes will be notified to you.
