Cookie policy
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It is used, among other things, to make the service work and to remember your preferences.
What we place, and nothing else
- Essential cookies: required for the service to work, meaning your sign-in session and the security of the application. They cannot be disabled, and without them signing in is not possible.
- Preferences kept on your device: your language choice, and a technician's job sheet so they can work without a signal. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
We use no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analysis tools. That is also why you are never shown a consent banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Managing cookies
You can set your browser at any time to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies prevents signing in to the application.
